Road works affecting access to Findon site
We would like to make all patients aware of upcoming road changes that will affect your journey to the Findon Valley surgery.
From 2nd March 2026 for at least 2 weeks, the road outside Lime Tree Surgery (Lime Tree Avenue) will operate as a one‑way system for the duration of local road works. This means you will no longer be able to directly turn into Lime Tree Avenue from the A24 Findon Road.
How to Access the Surgery Car Park
To reach our car park during the one‑way closure, please follow the diversion route:
- Drive up to Cissbury Avenue
- Turn down Lime Tree Avenue
- Follow the one‑way system to reach the entrance to the surgery car park
Diversion route while roadworks are active and Lime tree Avenue is one-way only

Clear signage will be in place, but we advise all patients to allow some extra time when travelling to appointments, especially during busy periods, patients that arrive 10 minutes later than their original appointment time are unlikely to be seen.
Why This Change Is Happening
These temporary traffic measures are part of ongoing roadworks in the local area which are required for the maintenance of underground gas pipes. Although not arranged by the surgery, we are working closely with the relevant authorities to ensure patient access is maintained throughout the works.
Pedestrian Access
Pedestrian routes to the practice remain open as normal.
Need Assistance?
If you have any concerns about attending your appointment due to the roadworks, or if you require additional support, please contact our reception team who will be happy to help.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while these works take place and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
