SystmConnect

From Monday the 25th November, we will be using SystmConnect instead of Econsult as our online consultation platform. The new link can be found on our website home page.

SystmConnect is a simpler system with more customisation available in practice which means we have greater level of control over the information that we are asking for and the periods of time that the system, and different elements of the system are available for. For example you are now able to submit administrative requests 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday.

Please bear with us as our teams become familiar with the system. Our reception team will now ask the same questions of you as though you were submitting and enquiry yourself online, which will give our clinical team a more consistent level of information to aid their decision making.

We hope that this new system is a significant improvement on our previous system for our patients and the practice alike.
