Ordering Prescriptions

If you need to order a repeat prescription, You can order your medications by any of the following methods:

By submitting a request using Systmconnect
By Downloading the NHS App
By Ordering online using SystmOnline
By bringing a written request into the surgery

Please note, you DO NOT need to stockpile your usual medications - we are available to respond to all your usual medication requests.

If you have a query regarding your prescription, please speak with the medicines management team by calling 01903 264101 and selecting option 4. We are not able to accept prescription requests by phone. Lime Tree Surgery is not a dispensing practice, your prescription will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy.

If you require prescriptions for regular and continuing treatment, it is not always necessary to see the doctor each time. Repeat prescriptions are computerised and the tear-off slip at the side will indicate the date your review is due.

Please note, we require 2 working days to process your prescription request, this does not include time for the pharmacy to process your prescription, please DO NOT telephone the practice to request medication as we are unable to accept non written requests.
