Changes to eConsult
Dear patients, we regret to inform you that eConsult will only be available between 9am and 11am Monday to Friday for at least 3 months. Over the last few weeks we have experienced a huge surge in the number of eConsults that are being submitted, in some cases without taking appropriate self-care steps first, such that we are unable to manage the number of submission received. Whilst we very much regret taking this action, we sincerely believe this is in the best long terms interests of our patients and our clinical team. Please do bear with us during this difficult time.
