We regret to inform you that our telephone call back system will be unavailable from 26th March due to technical difficulties which are beyond our control, we expect this to last until at least late April 2024. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are working as hard as we can to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will still have a call queue available which you can be connected to and you will still be able to hold on the line to speak to your selected team. We have also extended our opening hours for eConsult from 8am-3pm Mon-Fri excluding national holidays, Please submit an eConsult to us if you are able to as this will free up phone lines allowing us to speak with any patients that do not have access to a computer or the internet.
